Shipments go out Monday - Friday. Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday to the recipients.

If there is a mistake in shipping information provided -- even if the house number is just one digit off or an apartment letter is missing -- your credit card will be charged $10/package for rerouting the package or returning it. If you then want to reship it, another shipping/handling charge will apply. Please double check your information and enter it carefully.

How Long Will It Take To Arrive?
In general, shipping can take up to 10 days.

Shipping options available online:
"Standard TO PENNSYLVANIA" - shipments going ground to PA recipients, includes 6% Sales Tax
"Standard - Lower 48 (Not PA)" - ground to the rest of the Contiguous (mainland) US states other than Pennsylvania
"Priority Mail, all US states" - Use this to ship to all US states and territories by Priority Mail
Be advised the US Postal system claims a 2-3 day delivery time frame for Priority once the package is shipped, but will not guarantee it, therefore neither can we.

Our regular shipping/handling rates are based on the price of each order to one recipient address. Gifts sent to more than one address will have separate shipping charges per address.

Up to 15.00, shipping costs $8.95
$15.01-$25.00, shipping costs $9.95
$25.01-$30.00, shipping costs $10.95
$30.01-$40.00, shipping costs $11.95
$40.01 and up, shipping costs $13.95

Local or Hand Delivery
We do not offer any local or hand-delivery options. We ship all purchases. See shipping details above.

Any gift may be returned within 5 business days if still in its original condition. To return a gift, please Email 1 Amazing Gift! for a Return Authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the gift item. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be returned in perfect condition. No credit will be given until the merchandise is received and evaluated by 1 Amazing Gift! If the original purchaser is returning the gift, a refund will be made back onto the original credit card used. If the gift is being returned by a recipient, store credit for the original purchase price of the item will be issued. NOTE: We are not responsible if the recipient doesn't like the color or theme of the gift chosen by the customer. However, if there is a genuine problem with one of the products - a broken mug handle, for example - we will replace the item at no cost, including shipping charges.
